About HYpnosis

     Hypnosis is a safe and natural yet altered state of mind in where we are able to communicate with the subconscious mind which allows for transformation, learning and reprogramming to be more attainable.  Hypnosis can be similar to being engrossed in a good book or a daydream. Have you ever driven on a highway and were so focused on your thoughts that you could not remember how you got there? That's highway hypnosis! Hypnosis helps you dive in through the layers of consciousness to help reach your goals and transform emotions, sabotaging and limiting beliefs. This helps you create and manifest your goals so you can live your life in your full potentiality.

    During hypnosis we are able to bypass the critical factor (part of conscious mind) that accepts or rejects information and ideas. Hypnosis opens the veils so that new information and knowledge can be put in. This is what makes hypnosis such a transformative part in reaching your goals and re-programing negative into positive emotions, beliefs and behaviors to access an optimal way of living. This can be achieved by processes in hypnosis including positive and empowering suggestions, affirmations and visualizations.


   Hypnotherapy is a process. Therefore, the client must be willing to do the work for transformation. All hypnosis is self hypnosis. The hypnotherapist is a facilitator for the client and will meet the client where they are willing and wanting to go. The hypnotherapist helps facilitate the client get to root of their limiting beliefs and behaviors so true transformation can happen from within and take form. 


While in the hypnotic state, we have direct access to the subconscious mind. The subconscious mind is where we have our beliefs and emotions that have been programmed in us since the womb. The subconscious mind is also used for learning. We have learned to feel and behave a certain way through family, friends, society, our perception of the world and our reality. We see and feel the world with the lens of our subconscious mind, reacting to triggers, events and behaviors. Some thoughts and behaviors can be sabotaging to our well being and happiness.  Hypnosis can be such a great way to learn new strategies and positive information for deep transformation.
