Hypnosis will help build new strategies, clear limiting beliefs and emotions connected to smoking and reinforce change. Create a healthier life and habits. Reach your goals. Stop smoking program includes 5 hypnosis sessions catered to your individual needs along with hypnotic recordings designed specifically for your goals. This package will be broken into 1 session a week. Sessions are 2 hours long. Additional sessions may be needed after paid plan is completed depending on what's beneficial for an individual client. If you stop smoking in first sessions, additional package sessions can be used for other themed sessions. Recorded hypnotic meditation included. Gratitude journal included.
