Service Description

You may have tried to stop smoking before but find yourself going back to old habits. Get to the root cause of smoking and kick the habit for good! This is great for chewing tobacco aswell. Hypnosis will help build new strategies, clear limiting beliefs and emotions connected to smoking and reinforce change. Create a healthier life and habits. Reach your goals. Stop smoking program includes 6 hypnosis sessions catered to your individual needs along with hypnotic recordings designed specifically for your goals. This package will be broken into 1 session a week. For 6 sessions total. Sessions are 2 hours long. Additional sessions may be needed after paid plan is completed depending on what's beneficial for an individual client. Recorded hypnotic meditation included. Gratitude journal included.

Cancellation Policy

Cancelations can be made no less than 24 hours of appointment time. Any cancelation made after the 24 hour mark will be charged the full cost of session. If you cancel a session 24 hours in advance you may be rescheduled a new appointment time. Your cooperation is appreciated.
