Service Description

Intended for Alcohol or drug habit breaking. You must have already stopped using for 3 weeks or more. This is not a detox program. This is a 2-day Relapse prevention intensive program. Intended to get to the root of your problem and transform for optimal positive outcomes. Everyone is different and every session looks a little different due to the uniqueness of the individual. Sabrina facilitates the client depending on what is needed at the time of session. She works within your paradigm of reality and belief system. This includes; *Two consecutive 8 or 9 hour days catered to your intention to break a habit. *A follow up future session, *Take home Gratitude workbook journal, *Take home content and information and techniques to use on everyday life, *Recorded meditations, *Additional custom recorded meditations, *Videos on tools and techniques for everyday use, *Happy squish ball, *Journal and pen. -Start the day at 9:00 A.M. -Appropriate breaks in between. -Lunch break 12:00 P.M. - 12:45 P.M -Appropriate breaks in between. -End the day around 5:00 P.M.- 6:00 P.M. Lunch is Not provided. Must bring your own lunch. There are restaurants nearby as well. We work together to peel the layers needed for you to break the habit intended. Cancellation Policy

Cancelations can be made no less than 24 hours of appointment time. Any cancelation or no show made within the 24-hour mark will be charged the full cost of session. If you cancel a session 24 hours in advance you may be rescheduled a new appointment time. Your cooperation is appreciated.
